Is anyone else feeling confused or betrayed?
As a transformational coach I have an unconventional approach towards diet and nutrition. I have serious doubts about nutrition science. Let’s face it, we’ve been betrayed by our countries and their health agencies, by corporations that sell processed and packaged foods, and by organizations that ban together to lobby and protect their farming and animal products industries. While all these businessmen and politicians are lining their pockets, who has been looking out for you and your family?
No one diet is right for everyone.
There have been tens of thousands of studies, forums and scientific publications declaring what you should be eating, what will give you optimum health and longevity. Many of these are contradictory. Sometimes the data is skewed or the results are biased. Often information is withheld or misrepresented. Furthermore, by the time evidence of “new” information has trickled down to us, it is outdated. So how do you know which diet is best for you?
As your Nutrition and Wellness Coach, I speak with you genuinely and clearly within the context of your experience and situation. We can also look at the science with a discerning eye and apply what’s right for you. But my main goal will be to help you to
- map out where you’re at right now,
- identify how you got here,
- implement the strategies that will get you to where you want to be.
I am your personal advocate for figuring out how you can live an energized and passionate life. I’ll work with you to help you establish healthy life choices in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and draconian discipline.
We will collaborate to discover the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. The program we design together may surprise you, and even involve other healing modalities to achieve your goals. With personal guidance you will enhance or completely change your lifestyle and body perception by finally understanding your relationship with food and which eating patterns best suit you. Through truthful investigation, recognition of where you’re at and gradual, purposeful changes, I will support and encourage you to take the empowered steps to reach your current and future health goals.

I was also lucky and honoured to have one of the most phenomenal nutritionists work with me for the three months.
